Its good that you are using your platform well to educate those who otherwise compromises rules for the sake of their car's looks. Bright lights that too on high beam mode may allow one to see everything clearly on road but it definitely and significantly increases the chances of other car's drivers to loose vision and control while driving.
I Highly Recommend you to check Morimoto Mini D2S with 55watt Hid bulb + ballast. There are Morimoto India Dealers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore AFAIK. Or you could buy it from theretrofitsource. It's gonna cost you around $400 but it's so worth it.
The high beam shown between 9:29-9:32 is of your iph projector or headlight because on high beam the blue light of high beam (cluster) is of main headlight.
Please go with professionals for the fitment of projectors since its working and pleasure depends majorly on the quality of fitting. I got them fitted from the same shop but they niether have equipments nor professionals to do quality fitting. They could not set the beam which is necessary to get the output. They had only one thing to say "Aisa hee rahega ye to". Not recommended! On the other hand I got XP projectors fitted from gurgaon, they had proper equipments and professionals for fitting.
@tarang gupta. 6500 is the price only for the IPH projector or it includes the HID as well. How much does it cost in total with all wiring and installation. Please advise. Thanks.

IPH is the brand name.
Bixenon means it has dual beam pattern.
