      Not that hard if German's your first language, you know ;-)

    I bought this and the konig wolf kits at a con and love both together. I also used a tool to gently pop off the side armor, just used little nudges and it came right off without issue

      Maybe I just got a kit where the pegs fit a bit more tightly, it does happen. Either way, I just put that in as a warning for people who "play" with these kits a lot, I really don't. They're model kits to me, I build and paint them and then they're pretty much display pieces.

    I like the paint, just set mine up not long ago and just got the sniper kit as well. cannot wait. thinking about getting into custom paint myself now.

    Bit of a specific question. Do you think this piece would be workable with a liger zero? Or would such a thing take more… creative measures?

      You'd have to modify it for sure.

    Nice job dude,seems a pretty cool piece of artillery, some one I know bought a HMM Darkhorn and painted some of the parts on the sprues which made assembly quite challenging ,probably better to have a look at how the parts assemble before painting. 👍

      I really don't know why people paint parts on sprues more than once. It seems like a shortcut, but it really isn't, for any number of reasons, and if you do it once, you realize what a giant pain it makes everything.
      But hey, I'm not telling people how to do their hobby. I'm just saying I don't understand this one.

      @spacehamsterZH you're absolutely right,it's not an alternative method, it's a right and wrong and painting pegs and pins that fit together is a no no,I think it seemed easier to hold the sprue whilst painting small and fiddly parts but I've got one of those........I mean he's got one of those crocodile clip painting stands now,its a learning curve I guess,but these kits aren't the easiest in the world without adding extra work of cleaning paint off parts.

      @@grahamsmith2022 Don't forget having giant exposed plastic sprue scars that you have to paint over and you'll never match the paintjob around them.
      It's also not easier to paint the parts this way about 90% of the time because yeah, you can hold them by the sprue, but the sprue also gets in the way and you can't rotate the parts properly...

      @spacehamsterZH it's a shame they need painting in some ways but as you've said before,some of the "metallic " parts look awful,the colours are poor but even some basic painting lifts these kits into another league, a massive improvement, of course they look phenomenal with some skilled painting, I remember that "Buster Fuhrer" you did years ago,boy did that look something!

      @spacehamsterZH  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, I don't really see "needs painting" as a negative tbqh, these are model kits to me and the painting is the fun part. It's just nice when there's enough parts separation so you don't have to do a lot of masking or hand painting just to get it to look right.

    just gonna add some comments here for all the youtube stuff. I don't actually know what to say it's pretty much a great Zoid and a great review but I hope this comment is good enough for the algorithm.

      Haha, pretty sure any "engagement" is good in the eyes of the Mighty Algorithm Demon, so thanks a bunch!
