Eating raw chicken, even in tiny amounts, can cause symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting. If a person does not handle or cook chicken properly, it can cause unpleasant illnesses. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommend that people cook all poultry until it has an internal temperature of at least 165°F .
In Japan, Chickens that are specifically utilized in raw or partially cooked preparations are raised according to specific hygiene and safety processes. At the farm level, these Chickens are vaccinated against E.Coli and Salmonella, their poultry feed is heated to kill Salmonella, and the coops houses are regularly disinfected. As a result, E. Coli and Salmonella occurrences are rare.

Oh, it is braised so they can cut it!

The chickens in Japan are vaccinated against salmonella, so it’s okay to eat sashimi.

Did you not watch the video? It's specially prepared to be bacteria free. It's not the same kind of chicken sold in the average super market.
