    Good video. What's the quality of the tonneau material like after a year?

    Hey mate, thanks for the vid. What silicone did you use??

    • @wixee123
      @wixee123  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just an all clear multi purpose silicone.

    Hi mate it seemed a bit fiddly, has it got easier to close the back end against the tailgate, hopefully when it's worn in a bit, just pulled the trigger on one, cheers for the video.

    Hey brother! I have the same car and same Tonneau just factory fitted, have you experienced any sagging with rain or such? How would you tighten it?
    I even thought of building a wooden "table" like frame under it so it would not sag haha

    • @wixee123
      @wixee123  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No sagging with mine at all.. I would go see the dealer maybe for starters.. Maybe they can shed some light. Cheers

      @@wixee123 Thanks man! I contacted the dealership, it's not sagging for me neither but I am afraid rain might make it sag after years to come haha, want to futureproof myself for this issue. Nice to hear yours is still fine maybe mine will last as well!

    Did you put a tape underneath the rail just to protect the paint or is it the silicon you put under it ??

    • @wixee123
      @wixee123  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No I didn’t, it doesn’t ask for it in the instructions nor supplied. Sounds like a good idea although.. 👍

    Where does the silicone go?

    • @wixee123
      @wixee123  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In between the gaps generally.

    They are crap..(this brand).. not even water proof....and check it out after a few years.... well and truly rooted.

    • @wixee123
      @wixee123  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe 🤔 so.. Depending how you treat the Tonneau would be a contributing factor also.. thanks for your input..👍
