The last of the original Trio, Bob Shane, passed away in 2020. The other originals passed long before - Dave Guard in 1991 and Nick Reynolds in 2008. Mike Marvin, in the middle, is the current leader of the group. As he said in the interview, he moved in with Nick Reynolds’s family as a teenager and had worked with the group on and off before joining as a full time member many years ago.
