I found a solution So, don't turn off Bluetooth on vita. Turn of your ps vita, and don't turn it on, hold sync button in controller to controller enter searching mode. Turn on your ps vita and in Bluetooth settings ut should be there. If not, try again
I tried it on mine, doesn't seem to work :( Edit: checked the github of the plugin, creator said with the way the series X controllers work, they can never be supported :/
This didn't work the ps vita didn't find my Xbox controller at all
