CLARIFICATION direct from Nick at 312 Squadron- "Hey all, Nick from 312 here! Here to stop some misinformation from spreading. I am the communications person for the XWA. We launched our community points BEFORE the XWA was formed. Yes it has been updated since then, but we have gone out of our way to make it clear this is not a glimpse into XWA plans, OR affiliated in any way with the Alliance efforts. We have gone out of our way to disclaim this in all content related to these points. Once beta testing is available from the XWA, we will be promoting them and archiving these (if people really want to see them, they can). Thank you for looking at these and reviewing them, from a creator standpoint, I do appreciate that! Just keep in mind our intention was to just give people in our community something semi-robust to test and **have fun with!** "
My name is Greg Kash, I am on the XWA Points Team. I just want to make it clear that these 312 points are in no way affiliated with the XWA Points. Nick did these points before the XWA really even got started. He did them for fun and his stream and it's a cool thing to do in a stagnant time of the game, but they do not have a bearing on the direction the XWA is going with points.
Will the team be tackling huge ships in the future? Cos theres nothing on AMGS website about them that i can find. They seem to be 2.0 only. Would like to see them.
I can't say 100% but the impression I've gotten is the XWA plans to support ALL of the formats of X-wing, including Epic. I didn't check if Maui or 312 Squadron already has a draft for them...
Nick, the XWA spokesperson, confirmed not too long ago that Paul Heaver (Rules lead) is actively working with community members on current rules updates for Epic - including Huge Ships

Thank you - I just copied over a direct quote from the Reddit thread as well, apologies for the confusion!

Maui points next?
I'm sure I can dig one up, but I don't suppose you have a link handy for his latest?
