After hearing the news of Akira-san’s passing, I was in shock but doing fine. Went about my day at work. Decided to play this song on my drive home in his honour and immediately burst into tears. All the memories of watching dragon ball since the age of six years old up until now at almost age thirty…..it can’t be explained in words. Rest in peace, sir. May we meet in other world.

It feels nostalgic to me even though I hate DBGT and I never even watched it until 2015. I don't know why this feel so nostalgic when I watched it so recently.
This song brings back to when ssj 4 was the strongest they could get and I always wished I could find the dragon balls so I could wish to be a sayian and become a ssj 4 then maybe god but not blue. I will always consider goku my hero and favorite role model.
From Taiwan. When I was 10, Goku taught me to believe in myself no matter what. I was never an impressive student, but I always keep studying beyond my limits. Today, at the age of 35, I am a professor at a top UK University. I am finally living a meaningful and happy life now. Thank you, Goku! I can never achieve this without your inspiration!
This was me and friends favorite anime, when we were little we thought we could meet Goku, Vegeta and the rest of the DBZ crew. My best friend dressed as Goku and I’ll never forget that. He died of cancer a year ago... REST IN PIECE Travis 🤘🏻🎂, we played this at his funeral as well.

When I was only 6 years old and I was in primary/elementary school,life was hard with all the bullies,Trends that you had to follow or you’d get made fun of and many more problems.However,going home and turning on dragon ball GT would take my mind away from all of my problems.Even at my age now,I would still yearn for those moments.To summarise this up,Dragon ball in general is an absolute masterpiece.
I don’t know why but I’m crying because of this... that ending with goku flying off with shenron... don’t even get me started with a hero’s legacy movie. It may have been executed badly but just to see how long goku has come makes me so emotional.
GT was an interesting take on being a sequel to Z. It felt a lot like the original Dragonball mixed with Z. Campy yet could get dark real fast. Depending on the type of person you are, you either rolled your eyes at certain parts, or you were just having a blast with the goofiness. Either way, the tone would switch up when a dark moment or gore would be shown. Like Baby killing his "father", or Goku punching a hole through Android 17 or Ice Shenron, or Omega killing no a Shenron.
I watched it when I was really young too, even though 18 is still young, I’m still glad that in a way it’s inspiring, motivational, and a fun journey of watching it through.
I really loved GT, don't care canon or not, incredible anime... SSJ4, RIld, Baby, Masterpiece. And this song... Miss these days... with all my brothers... :'(

Unfortunately he passed away last year. Due to pandemic and the restriction of cross border traveling in my country i still not manage to pay a visit to his burial. The year is 2012 and sitting on my dinky laptop watch the likes of Homestar runner and Normalboots. I suddenly come across this video. I always *liked* Dragon Ball but never got seriously into it. Like I had a quarter of the Z manga and some of the original Z movies but nothing to out of the ordinary. But this song,this song made something in my head click. Dragon Ball wasn’t all about big men kicking each other’s ass’s.It was about human endurance and the will to fight for what you believe in. The song never clearly stated any of these points out but I just felt something when I listen to it. It’s almost magical. This song got me seriously into Dragon Ball. Thank you for uploading this. The year is 2012 and sitting on my dinky laptop watch the likes of Homestar runner and Normalboots. I suddenly come across this video. I always *liked* Dragon Ball but never got seriously into it. Like I had a quarter of the Z manga and some of the original Z movies but nothing to out of the ordinary. But this song,this song made something in my head click. Dragon Ball wasn’t all about big men kicking each other’s ass’s.It was about human endurance and the will to fight for what you believe in. The song never clearly stated any of these points out but I just felt something when I listen to it. It’s almost magical.
This song got me seriously into Dragon Ball. Thank you for uploading this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I always tell a story about how after a night of drinking I capped the night by getting home and throwing on DB at the end it had a montage of Gokus life and I fucking started balling haha, because I literally Seen this animated character go from a Lil child to having children of his own..I felt some sorta way lol.
