Love the fact that you did not purposefully hide those packets in the first cabinet you showed where you had dumped all the remaining/half used packets on to a tray. That's how probably most of us will keep half used packets. You didn't dress up your cabinets for show, you showed us a practical kitchen.
You are right, we try to stock up well in the US, as sometimes we are only able to go the Warehouse stores like Costco or Indian grocery stores once every 2 weeks. That's a way of life for us.
