this should had been a 5 rounder fight..great fight and a really tough one to judge..it can go either way or a draw
Why people doubt the decision? For sure people that give this fight to the blonde girl doesnt really watch a lot of fights. Its a close fight but cleaner shots are landing from short girl
Buntun took a ton of straight rights and it barely even phased her.
It was close so either way you cannot complain. The way to settle this is with a rematch.

Invicta FC uses visible judges scores now. The rest of the organizations are too corrupt to switch to open scoring.

I thought Ekaterina won it, but when I rewatched it Buntan definitely deserved it.
I'm a fan of Buntan and I side with her on this fight but I am not happy with the decision. You can see on their team's faces. ☹️

I mean in my opinion as i watched the fight and buntan did outstrikes vandaryeva.
Kicks are the only one that vandaryeva outdid agaisnt buntan.
As the commentators said, buntan goes for the body, then head then low kick and buntan is the aggressor (in terms of attacking rate cause even if vandaryeva cuts the ring of, buntan is the one who strikes firsts and strikes the most).
Again, this is just my opinion, i do want to hear yours too on how you think vandaryeva won this fight

Yeah right! She’s hugging Jackie whenever Jackie comes close. Not to mention Katarina already had reach advantage yet Buntan threw and landed more punches.
A draw for me. Love the aggresiveness on both fighter.
Some may see this one as a draw but I think the judges made a good decision

One Championship has so many good fights, to bad it can't compare to overrated UFC with money, but when it comes to skill i actually prefer ONEC much more. Also i like that they still support kick-box/may thai fights like good old K1 days, as i am a former kick box champion from Serbia.
One have beautiful knockouts and fights because most of the fighters are good strikers but bad grapplers, I think most of the one fc fighter are not at the same level of most ufc fighters, I see high level strikers but not many high level grapplers

Ekaterina "overstricked" Jackie in every round.
And the commentators were so busy complimenting Jackie that they did not notice that she clearly lost the first round. They were glorifying every single Buntan's move even when she missed the target or was blocked.... and at the same time they did not say a word even about clean spinning backfist by Vandaryeva.
Thank god the operator was not as blind as judges and commentators: replays were good.
Buntan and Todd are going to be the new hype girls after stamp fell off so hard.
Expect them to get all the wins they didn't deserve. 😂

Vandaryeva is keeping hits the air a lot. The aggressor should give a more credit and though buntan hits accurately.
Eka should come to Thai CH8 TV.
She should come to Muay Thai Super Champ and Muay Hardcore after her contract end in ONE Championship.

I'm Filipino but Ekatirina won that one. Close but the win should go to Ekatirina.
Can't say they made me a fan this match. They are both capable of much more. Idk if they do draws in muay thai but this was pretty much one. Not a great match though
real muay thai would take into account ring dominance, thats a L for Jackie.
This is a clean analysis of who provided the strokes and which of these landed. The fight must be analyzed that way. Buntan is the smallest and the range is limited again Ekaterina. She has the disadvantage clearly. She got heavy punches in her face and never fainted. She got heavy punishment in the legs and never yielded to pain.
This was a freebie for Ekaterina due to advantage of range and strength but she materialized the victory. It's sad when a superior fighter loses to technicalities. Federations has preferences, like you and me. Buntan is way more skilled, can take a lot of damage like a tank and has quick reflexes than Ekaterina but as a fighter, Ekaterina can defeat her.

Both did great! As a Filipino myself I'd give it a split decision for Jackie. But both are same high level strikers and a very close fight, just one had to win.

1st & 3rd to buntan 2nd to vandaryena..jackie faster stronger..blondie missed most the time only glancing blows are misses most the time while most of jackies landed jackie quick skilled made her miss then punished her..the backfist missed unless you count to the back of the head which is illegal..good fight..like victoria lee said dont leave it to the judges get ko or submission

The decision was fine.. either a draw or a win for buntan.. buntan made the fight watchable.. buntan did a calculated fight... She won fair and square... Vandaryeva was just waiting for buntan to attack... lack of aggression for vandaryeva...

ring dominance, in a real muay thai match thats an easy W for Ekaterina. but it's very close, jackie is a favourite and they want to build her up obviously to garner US market interest

Watched it at .75 speed and Buntan deserves it because more aggressive and landing more of everything. Vandaryeva threw singles and fought defensive compared to Buntan.

Boontan punched back and stepped on footwork. Sting like he's afraid of being knocked out. There's no way you can become a Muay Thai World Champion in a fight like this. Muay Thai has to walk in the heart. Boontan is not suitable for Thai boxing. It's better to fight like kickboxing.
It was close but Buntan won it due to her being the aggressor all the time, always taking risk by going in and out. Vandaryeva just kept on waiting and countering and her work rate is low, relying on Buntan to come in before she engage. Buntan hit her with combinations while Vandaryeva hits Buntan one at a time only. Vandaryeva though is the more powerful puncher. But Buntan deserves the win for being an effective aggressor and her much better work rate than Vandaryeva.
