Hi Mark Thanks for commenting
Beautiful Plane!
May all your maidens be as sweet.
I'm just starting with gas and nitro. I have a Cessna 182 electric that made my flying time enjoyable. Your plane is awesome and would love to get this someday. Thank your videographer for a job well done. And thanks for not adding crappy music and letting us hear the engine.
Nice! That awesome!
Tinkerman what a nice machine as always. Have a bunch of hours in the full scale 182 and never made a bad landing thanks to its excellent handling. Been flying RC since 1972 but if I had your planes I would throw all of mine in the dumpster......LOL....
Thanks, Tim. As always, great advice.
Best wishes,
Jim
Thanks good luck with your Plane your going to really enjoy it..Tim

Very smooth Tink!
Very nice
cool plane!
Beautiful plane. Great scale flight. Amazing sound! A little more commentary wouldn't hurt...just to keep us entertained...maybe telling us about how it performs under certain manuevers etc... but don't drown out that amazing engine sound. Even 4 stroke glow motors sound great.
Cool
Nice flight Tim,beautiful plane, love to see u next to it so we can see the size of this beauty
Now that's one beautiful airplane! Nice flair at the end too. :)

. Do you you know what kind of flight time you can get running electric motors? Say can you keep adding more batteries?
Thanks for this info and commenting..Tim
hi tim,hey i was wondering if you have tried different props with the flyzone acro wot, like a 12/6 or a 10/10?
Does the Saito fg20 run on the same 2 stroke mix as 2 strokes run on?
No worries sweet .. Thanks ..Tim

Tim, any recommendations on a plane that Flys well in the wind? Thanks
i live in florida too :)
Hi Tim
I have the almost the same
My one has lights also
BUT every time i land the front wheel bends
Even on a soft landing
Happy flying Mate
I have sold many of the planes and just down to a few getting into bigger giant scale planes.. Thanks
Thanks
Hi Tim
Did you manage to fit the FG20 engine inside the cowl without having the head exposed. I am considering fitting the FG21. I want to keep it scale looking. Also did you use the standard muffler if so how did you achieve this so again not having it hanging out the side of the cowl.
Beautiful model and nicely flown.
Andy
Hi Andrew not sure its been so long again i think it just stuck out of the cowl at the bottom as the engine was mounted upside-down .. Good luck with yours ..Tim
Hello Tim, large model aircraft, great flight!, I was impressed with his FG 20 4-stroke gas, I have one too and I can not fly it could not regulate the FG 20 in flight, ground is easy and works well in flight but he chokes and can never end well the flight, could you tell me what should I do to get a good adjustment and make the FG20 work well.
Thanks
Did you mount the engine horizontal like the manual? Also, what spinner did you use? Greg,
The engine is mounted vertically. I think it was a 2.5 inch spinner from try-turn.. Thanks for commenting
Thanks for this cool comment and compliment ..Tim
Very nice, I want to do one electric...
Ya the stock nose gear can bend on you .. Thanks for commenting..Tim
Thanks very much for commenting..Tim
Hi Horst
Thanks for this very nice comment and compliment ..Tim
Why thank yeou for the very nice compliment I have to thank my wife shes doing great with the camera.. Stay warm and thanks ..Tim
Well this one flies good I had it our in 10 to 12 MPH winds and it did great.. Just depends on the wing loading.. The warbirds do well in the wind from what I have found.. Thanks for commenting ..Tim
witch engine are you using
Does it handle like a good trainer? I learned to fly in a Cessna 172 Tomahawk. I am way too big for c150/152. Although I have flown 150/152's it was quite a squeeze putting that plane on my 6'3 300lb frame.
Hi Ray,
Thanks very much .. Awesome comment..Tim
Sure you bet will try and do that thanks for the cool comment and Compliment..Tim
Hi Nasir
The FG-20 is no longer available you have to use the FG-21.. The engine is mounted upside down and you will need a 3/4 to one inch wood spacer to get the prop flange from the engine to line up with the cowl.. you will also have to open the cowl for air flow. Don't forget to get the Robart Nose gear if you can.. Good Luck with your airplane..
thank you so much for the advise. i already have saito fg20 and when i tried to install it upside down the sensor of the electronic system on the engine is touching the upper front side of the cowl. when i see your plane you have not cut off your cowl from the upper front side. I am stuck here. please help me by sending me the pictures of your plane. thanks
it handles very nice great flying airplane .. thanks for commenting ..Tim
Yes, thanks for commenting ..Tim
Nice landing! So many people out there don't land their RC planes right.
Yes that is correct, thanks for commenting ..
I would say its in between but you can use it as a trainer.. Thanks for commenting..
fg 20 = 20cc right?
Bought it!
no worries .. Thanks for the cool comment..Tim
some from guys at the field and some from the local hobby store and some on line.. Thanks for the cool comment..Tim
Hi Zachary Florida ..
Hi, Tim,
One more question: the stock wheel pants do not seem to be a good match/fit
with the Robart nose gear. Did you use a different wheel pant for the nose gear
or did you modify one of the stock pants? Thanks.
jim
Hi Jim, I had to do a little modification to get it to fit. Trim some material off ... Good luck with it and thanks for commenting ..Tim
TinkerManRC can you take if photo of your nose gear with the Robart strut?
Chris, did you ever figure out the wheel pant
Now that would be cool ... thanks for commenting ..Tim
Just been flying it with the stock set-up.. Tim
