Coming from someone thats been using these ecosystems for close to a decade, the amount of innovation that has occurred in just the last 3 or so years is astounding. For drill/impact type tools Milwaukee and Dewalt are basically in an arms race for power/performance/size especially with 20v/18v. Recently especially with Dewalt the 12v stuff has been getting so good that the tools outperform their 20v counterparts from just 4 years ago so much so that I swapped out my 20v impact driver for a 12v as a mechanic because not only does it weigh less but any more power and I could risk breaking fasteners a 1/4 drive is made for anyway. Anything bigger and well, you're at a point where a 3/8 impact and bigger battery is ideal anyway but we're talking lug nuts and suspension bolts at that point.

Thanks love to hear the real world experience, I've used the drill a little since this video and it's absolutely amazing.... Incredible really.

I’ve got a Ryobi 18v system with various tools. Latest acquisition was 36v lawn mower. I find the products to be pretty good. Never tried De Walt.
