Hi I’m excited that I found your channel! I’m looking into making a shampoo bar with rice water and castor oil… do you have a recipe I can follow? Thank you!!
People just believe and follow anything they see online these days. Do your research, please! Soap has different PH of a Shampoo Bar. Melt and pour soap doesn't need to get oils added to it because the oils were already incorporated when the soap was made. Anything you add to melt and pour will just be held, not incorporated. I would look for a PH balanced shampoo bar recipe or get a book from a professional that explains how to make shampoo bars with the right PH, which is 7 or bellow. Soap has a PH of 8 or higher. It will strip your hair.
@@YiskaGudricht I bought an ebook about solid shampoo bars for $21. I have purchased a few ingredients but haven't tried to make them yet. The ingredients have nothing to do with soap, and I've been making cold process soap for 7 months now. And played with melt and pour for 2 years.
I dont think it matters if its incorporated or not. As long as its held in the bar it will still end up going on your scalp. If it irritates you then stop using it. Why the hate?

Ana Aguacil that’s probably the Shea butter. Do you have fine texture hair? Shea butter is better for coarser hair that needs more moisture. Aka it’s usually used on black hair to lock in moisturize which is probably why it was so greasy on your hair.
