Just a warning Pravus, when u go to war your saves might crash. I played Keiserreich earlier and every time i started a war something happend to my savefiles and i had to restart. So just a heads up, but then, i cant even start Old World Blues so it might work for u.

Um you could've gotten army experience by sending either a military attaché or, since Canada is allied with India, by sending an Expeditionary Army which I think causes some of your divisions to spawn in the ally's capital (New Delhi in this case) without any travel time time, however you would lose control over the divisions to the AI control India until you called them back. With the military attaché you get army experience and war support without sending any troops to actually fight while give the receiver some buff against their opponent; however, you will have to spend some political power because the other side won't like your help and will ask you to recall it, the amount of pp spent is determined by how significant the other country is. For example, in the vanilla version the Spanish Civil War and the 2nd Sino-Japanese War are seen in meta terms as good places to farmer early XP but the later can be expensive in pp if you send your attaché to China because you have to spend pp say no to Imperial Japan and the amount pp is not only expensive but also grows the more you refuse them. On the other hand, the Spanish Civil War isn't as nearly as expensive, though you will have two or more factions to refuse. With this in mind, why don't you send an attaché to the Russian Republic? I'm pretty sure the people there fighting are the syndicalists and you seem to hate syndicalist so.... (Other opportunities will be the Spanish Civil War, of course, the Fourth Balkan War, the war between the two countries in Arabia, anywhere in China, Hispaniola (Haiti vs Dominican Republic) and a lot of other minor conflicts.) For the Expeditionary Army, to expand on one of the things from above, is that I think this is your only option between allies. For a real world example using the Ukraine-Russia war, the US and NATO might be will to send a military attaché, if they are willing to bear with Russia's complaints (the pp expense), since they aren't allied with Ukraine but are supportive of the cause. If they were already allied or Ukraine joins NATO (a faction) then an Expeditionary Army would have to be sent instead. Hope this makes sense.
