I just watched 3 of my Top 10
1)Fried Green Tomatoes, 2)Gone With the Wind in the last week, and 3)Steel Magnolias today. I know the storyline so well on the 3, I do watch when crafting, I don’t have to pay complete attention to it😊 I do enjoy old school horror from the 1960’s/70’s; only a handful of today’s offerings are good.

Love that black cat wreath. I use to have a black cat love em. You know that would make a good Christmas wreath as well. Just change out with Christmasy florals etc. Instead of plastic spider, could use one of the Christmas jeweled spiders (the beaded ones). Making the cat white instead of black. Would be so cool i think.. i been wanting to do a Halloween wreath with the cat for a long time thanks for showing us.. love all ur videos.
I liked the Aunr Sheila reference. I have not had an aunt since summer. All of my Aunts have all passed away. I loved all of crafts.😊

Your creativity is off the charts in this video, WOW !! From the cat on the wreath batting at the spider, the tulle covered BOO with the skeleton couple, "Bumpernick" jack 'n the box the embellished box with the tree topper witch. I think you should win a prize for BEST HALLOWEEN DIY's of 2024, if such a thing existed.

Okay, my favorite all time movie is “Tombstone” and my favorite Romance is “A Walk in the Clouds”. But now “Gone With the Wind” is a CLASSIC! ♥️. My first Grandchild’s name is Scarlett. Kathy, I ordered Crayola Model Magic and I was just sick cause I ordered a large box of it. Then, I couldn’t remember which Creator I was watching that used it….. I normally used the DAS but I refused to give up cause I had a box of it! Well I really worked the clay in my hands until it was incredibly soft and now I know how to use it I love it! But as far as showing the fine details I will use the DAS.
Hi Kathy, these crafts are amazingly wonderful!!! You did so well with all of these. I really like the globes and terrarium which look so great with the tulle and lights. Mr. Bumperdick also looks fabulous.

Maybe you can try making a video about how YOU would make my Snowman craft closer to x-mas, the snow man sign is in the seasonal section, it's flat wood, no eyes, just paint it white then glue on the plastic Jiggly eyes okay?

i really liked the way you arranged the florals on the wreath.Very nice! I’ve watched many craft programs for many years, but yours is exceptional !!
When I was 10, in 1957 !!, I had a hot pink, aqua and yellow slip (crinoline) for my little cotton skirts . I loved that slip! And of course I had saddle shoes !!! The young women may have to look those up !
O my goodness! I LOVE saddle shoes so much! I was born in 77, and I called them rock n roll shoes- and I’m a HUGE Charlie Brown fan, and Lucy wore the black and white ones- so I always got mama to get me black n white😝😝

I love Vintage Halloween, Kathy!! So glad you did this video first!! Love the crescent 🌙 black cat wreath!! So cute!! You've outdone yourself with this video... Such creativity!! The jack in the box was amazing!! So vintage--like!! The wood crate had some neat aspects to it. The vintage round box with flying witch was like ephemera from the 50's and 60's. (I bought a few of those tree toppers from DT, too. They are awesome)!! I loved those noise-makers from back in the day. They were fun to spin and hear the sound!! Johanna Parker is awesome!! well, I'm a Star Wars fan., the original ones. I do love a true Southern lady, cuz I one too. From one vol to another I love your DIY's . There're simple and easy to follow and do. And I love your southern voice. I do live in tn and I'm a Vol fan until they play Alabama. Then it's Roll Tide. Keep up the Good Job. love the videos

I’ve never heard of that happening 🤷🏻♀️good grief that’s nuts-
All of these were so neat. I think my favorite was your Bumperdick. He turned out so cute and *so well* and his backstory 😂 But if you ever want to use the crayola clay again, there are a couple of things you can do to help it not be so... terrible. (Yes, the cheap price got me too. And I had a 50% off coupon!) Try either mixing a little bit of PVA glue in with your clay or instead of just water, use a water/mod podge mix to the outside. I've never used it - yet - for something as detailed as Bumperdick, but that seems to help it so far. But that also gave me inspiration for something I want to attempt this season too. Bat Mountain from Disney's Fantasia? I really want to try to recreate him. Loved that as a kid. Favorite part of the movie and there are so many good ones.
That’s a great idea about mixing glue with the clay!!! I never thought of that! And would you believe I’ve NEVER watched all of fantasia?
The unfinished Wood decorations that hang by jute are my favorite Dollar tree craft Items, I love to paint that Snowman white, his hat black and his carrot nose orange, glue own quarter-sized googly eyes, paint on a thin black smile with a tiny little brush and tie a Plaid Ribbon around the brim of his hat, and presto!
Maybe even glue a wood letter message on his tummy if one's availible.
That would be so cute!

I have seen the cat/moon wreath done and thought I would love one and saw the cats offered and then they said they had different sizes. So what size is the cat you are using?
I looked on my Etsy- and mine is 1/4 thick and 5.50 inches tall - so I assume it was probably 6 inches tall!

Oh I’m so glad you’re here!! I’m only about 1 hr and 1/2- 2 hours from ATL.
I'm not sure if you are really into making & painting pottery, but there is such a cute place near my land on top of Monteagle. You can make the pottery from start to finish, or you can paint ones already made. Also, a lot of people hit the winery that is right by it, too.
You absolutely can't beat the amazing view The Good Lord made up there either!
