i was a service manager for a flooring store for many years. we ALWAYS replaced the defective products as soon as we seen them so the customers could get on with their life and not wait around for someone a thousand miles away to "aprove" a replacement of their defective product. after the customer was taken care of, we would then start the fight with the manufacture and get reimburse latter.
Not too bad. When you first walked in to the van, I expected to hear it was flooded from a water leak somewhere. Glad it wasn't too major and you can get it fixed, hopefully soon and in time for you to start your adventures. 😍
Haha yeah I suppose it would always be worse! Slightly discouraging having a new appliance fail on you, but we are keeping positive and itching to leave! Thanks for the encouraging words, Roxann! 🙌
At least the problems have shown up during your shakedown phase of. your build, before you are out in the middle of no where and have to do repairs, With so many new systems, there is bound to be kinks to be worked out.
