I really miss this ride, the best part was all the real-estate it took up. The Natures Wonderland ride had a very open and spread-out feel to it, Now the rides are packed much closer together and the open feel is long gone. Tom Sawyers Island seems to be the last of original idea of Disneyland giving a open feel. Don't get me wrong, Disneyland is still a great place but it has changed over the years. Thanks to Disneyland Beat for posting for us all to enjoy. Back to work........
This really shows the early Disney magic which made Disney so special I don’t dislike some new Disney films I just think they can’t compare to the classics
I wish i could go back in time to get on this part of the railroad is still there. When i did the Halloween tour yrs which i forgot the name of it. But it was so kool. I actually did it twice nni cant believe i lost my key pin. But i still have my 60th anniversary hat box ghost key pin that they gave out at the end tour. But you learned of the past attraction n cast member tells of ghost story. I believe this tour start at 6pm or 7pm. But this was yrs ago.
Besides, we got nothing else to do. Oh, sorry. Yeah, blast 'em into itty-bitty, teeny-weeny, little tiny-winey... Got it. Gee, Uncle Norton, why do you want to destroy the city? Is the city in your sway, Uncle Norton? Wow! City Hall sure can boogie.

They have a remake of this song in big thunder mountain railroad but its more western. Its called all aboard the mine train
