As an esthetician I think this routine is GREAT. The only thing would be that tea tree oil can sometimes be too strong, so diluting it is best. Considering it’s mixed in a mask it isn’t as bad. Also! Witch Hazel..it’s not hydrating what so ever. If you have dry skin it’s going to strip that and potentially ruin your moisture barrier.

the Walgreens brand eye makeup remover is bomb AF & only around $4-5. i’ve tried Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Neutrogena, & the Sephora brand and i promise the Walgreens one is the exact same concept.. removes waterproof and is gentle on the eyes

Susan Yara would suggest she do the eye makeup remover as a first step before the cleansing oil, or skipping it since the cleansing oil does the same thing or better since oil breaks all the makeup.
Your advice and way of explaining is really great. I care about my skin as much as my life. Because the structure of my skin is different and does not accept every product. Or rather, it doesn't work. However, I would like to point out one thing that I bought a cream called RWLMAX cream 3 months ago. It really cleared up the dry layer on my skin and the acne I was uncomfortable with in a really quick time. I really couldn't believe it. I really recommend you to try it. Because it works!
