@ had no issues with clearance in the low position so far and I’ve had the sag ring right to the bottom. I’ll check it with the shock fully empty next time I’m in the workshop though
Yeah PNW 38mm riser bars, I'm not sold on how they look but I'm getting into the higher ride position for DH and Trialsy stuff. Not so much climbing though
Lol I jumped the gun a tad . Noticed it straight away.😳 Then 8min later ya said lol.🤣🔮👅. I know ya more xc kinda fella , kes lad but did you still struggle to unweight the front or even pop/manual,in this mode. I'm going on a bit I know .. but I'm lining up a new ride in 25 ' and this ticks alot of boxes , so far.. I'm 57 (fit) 115kg but defiantly refuse a mid range exe / amflow (at the moment ) b..... BIG UP TO U & YOURS KES LAD . ALL THE BEST FOR 25'🫂🙏🤘🏻🦖💨
@@marksmith3089 yeah I’m still kinda head down arse up on descents and load the front wheel heavy so I’ve always preferred a lower bar. Also I like the look. But me saying there’s no point getting a higher bar cos I’m crap at wheelies anyway is like people who say there’s no point them getting a dropper as they’re crap at DH. That’s the whole point d*ckhead 🤣 If you’re thinking Top Fuel - and I would definitely recommend one - the Gen 3 bikes are great value at mo and offer most of the same options
You've turn the Top Fuel into the previous generation 130/140 travel Fuel EX which is very average mid-travel trailbike. A good solid reliable performer but nothing special. I know because I owned one.
I have done the same to my 2022 top fuel. works great!
@@parkinkevin yep the new bike just makes all the stuff you could already do ‘official’
@GuyKesTV They were probably checking out the Top Fuel forums 🤣
Do you need it to be in the high position to have frame clearance on bottom-out, or is there good clearance at 185x55 in low setting too?

The camera angle looks good, and the bike looks a great Compromise good all rounder.
@@ceriway380 cheers for the feedback. Not convinced about it in low light yet. Might try it chin mounted so it’s smoother
You got different riser bars kes lad?? Seems to sit you you nicely🤘🏻🦖💨

Yep but the TF is a lot lighter but with the same capability
