- In this video, I share how I make my "Knife Balm." I apply this balm to all my knives when stored away. It provides the perfect corrosion resistant coating that stays on the blade for a very long time.
Ingredients:
1. Mineral Oil - Thirteen Chefs.

2. Beeswax

Aluminum Tin Jars, 0.5 ounce:
Amazon: a.co/d/16um4Gs
Measurements:
1/3 cup of mineral oil per every ounce bar of beeswax.
It's perfectly fine to go a bit over on the oil. What you shouldn't do is add less than 1/3 cup of oil, per ounce of beeswax. If you add less oil than the required, then the consistency will be too thick and may "gum" up your blade.
I hope you enjoyed the video and have the opportunity to make your own batch!
