I feel like all content creators forgot how to use the S tier. S doesn't mean META heros it means the very few OP must pick or ban heros. Obviously bucky and storm aren't equal in power.
Sounds to me like you just have a different definition of S tier. If you're comparing the categories like he is, everything he said makes perfect sense. Both a good Storm and a good Bucky will straight carry games, but have their weaknesses too. I'd say this was a pretty solid list for where we are right now.
Black Panther in B-tier? That dude is A-tier at least. In those higher level lobbies, he becomes practically untrackable and unkillable. All you can do is hope he misses a vibranium mark, or your supports are dead. You know it's bad when scarlet witch, the caracter with auto aim, has trouble tracking him. Even worse, her stun doesn't activate fast enough to stop his dash either. All you can do is hope namor and peni aren't banned. If either of them get banned it's GG's.
I mean his biggest crime is forcing you to swap chars. But it's not like he completely nullifies the tank role. Captain America ignores wolverine, Venom ignores him, good positioning with Peni does okay into him. If you wanna push it, you CAN play magneto but u pretty much have to save bubble for urself which feels bad. And a good Invis Woman practically makes wolverine unplayable.
I mean even if I'm not sure I would put him there, it's not THAT hot of a take. A bucky with good positioning / hook prio is insanely strong. You make tanks miserable, you can counter support ults, he's deceptively durable, your ultimate is an insane cleanup as teamfights devolve. I mean what bad matchups does he even have? He loves front to back comps, he does just fine into dive, he shits on anti dive, the character is just extremely well rounded.

Do you play tank? And at what level. Cause a Bucky can absolutely be equal in power to a storm. You're just not feeling it, the tank is.

@@itsnearlv his biggest weakness is his weak movement. Aside from that he's very well rounded
he’s everywhere and does damage at all ranges and mini tank buster
He can win team fights with one good skill usage
That's more than enough to put him in S tier
