Hi Dylan , love your channel. I have a question...for wall art, should the first photo be a pic of the art already in a frame or just a pic of the art that takes up the whole listing pic. I ask this because in the thumbnail when it's framed, it's sometimes hard to see what the actual art is .

Make two different listings and A/B test your theory. See which ones get the most views/likes/sales. Then delete the one that doesn't convert. When a question like this pops into your head, it's best to experiment yourself for true, experiential answers/results. :)

I don't comment much but I just feel like you said a lot but not much at the same time. You just kept saying these fancy keywords to make it all sound good while saying nothing actually useful. You told most of the shops to just sell more than one product type instead of focusing on what they can do to maybe help them sell the products they're already trying to sell and probably actually want to sell. Like the bracelet seller it seems you just said to sell other things other than bracelets. What if that's what they're passionate about selling? Idk. Maybe I didn't hear it correctly.
We teach people how to serve customers in as many ways as possible to drive up LTV. Sometimes we see a shop and know that the current product alone will not make the shop successful so we are honest about recommendations to expand the product mix to drive up LTV long term if needed. Usually when a seller's goal is to make money they're receptive to new product ideas that would complement their product mix and facilitate growth. Sometimes a seller only wants to sell that one item, and that's totally okay as well. But if that product isn't what enough people on Etsy want then it can limit a shop's potential if growth is a primary goal.
