This does indeed work if the entities are only in the surface of the aura. If they have managed to implant into the body though it does not work. I have used it in both situations. Best way to remove an entity/spirit attachment yourself, is to listen to frequencies that raise the vibration when you go to bed at night. Wear headphones and leave it playing all night. By the next morning when you wake up, the attachment will be gone. But you will have to do a complete energy flush and refill all empty space left behind

I began to go into meditation I pictured myself becoming one with the mineral. I saw myself inside the crystal in a white gown. While doing that, I began to feel as if I could not move and I started to trimble a bit along with this very emoitonal feeling like I was starting to cry and wimper I felt something leaving me.
