- This is the Secma QPOD, the most ridiculous 'car' (can you even call it that!?) you'll ever see... 100%. With its 4 stroke 340cc lombardini engine, this thing makes a lovely sound whilst cruising along the streets at speeds of up to 50mph (if you're lucky). Realistically, you're looking at about 40mph as your genuine top speed.
I wanted to just do a pov driving video with this thing because its literally the worlds stupidest car and the funniest thing I've ever seen. I can't even imagine what people think when they see this absolute beast rolling through the streets hahaha.

I remember when these came out. They also made a 50cc version. One minor nit pick - they don't have "one gear" as you stated. Just like a moped it has a variator and a drive belt - this use a system of 2 alternating pulleys which provides a continuously variable range of different gear ratios. You'll hear that under acceleration that the engine keeps a constant RPM even whilst the vehicle accelerates - this is the variatior in action. They also use a centrifugal clutch.
Absolutely want to see more content with this, it's so good!
I'd love to do a road trip in something like that. It'd be awful, but it'd be fun to say I did it.
