Yep! Bullet heaven if you're the one who shoots all the bullets 💪 at least, that's what I've learnt recently 😅 From the run I had the feeling of the first part being a filler and empty too. But the concept seems fun! Great video as always man 👍
I see the difference between Bullet Hell and Bullet Heaven in one simple elongated shout. Bullet Hell is more of an "AHHHHH" while Bullet Heaven is more of a "YAHHHHH". Feels satisfying shooting thousands of balls around seeing the enemies decimated, but the journey to get there took a while and as you said, it does feel like filler. Thanks for the great compliment :)
If this was more pinball and less..."Vampire Survivors but ricochet" I might be more interested. This doesn't do nearly enough to shake up the formula of the game for me. Still, excellent video.
I think what bothers me, other than the arbitrary just survive 20 minutes type of gameplay, is the random cutscene that happens at various points like at 10:16. I don't really know why that happened, but it disrupts the game flow and has no value. At least when you level up you are picking up a new perk, but I'm not a huge fan of games that disrupt their own flow because it just takes me out of the game. This doesn't look bad, I just think this genre isn't entirely my jam though
The genre is definitely not for everyone. I also had moments before Vampire Survivor where I disliked the whole "zigg-zagg for 20 minutes"-part. But something clicked with me and now I fairly enjoy it. I also see what you mean with the cutscenes. It didn´t bother me too much when I was playing since this animation shows that the fever state is active, letting me know I am now pumping out huge balls... That sounds wrong.
What are your thoughts on the game? Will you wishlist it?

@@doriantheexplorian hahaha I'd say that's by far the best definition I ever read, it explains it perfectly 😂

For a non-fan of the vampire Survivors genre this is definitely too little of a change of pace.
Thanks as always for the kind words.
