Hi. MMA adhesive is generally considered to be the best adhesive available for PP and PE, far better than any hot glue adhesive. It’s generally the ‘go to’ once everything has failed to stick them. However, the strength of the bond is improved if the mixing nozzle is used and during colder months the MMA will take a bit longer to cure unless warmth is induced. It will be cured in 15 to 20 minutes but full strength may take an hour or two. As with any two-pack curing, temperature is a big factor in curing time, although occasionally there can be an unusual composition of PP or PE which can prove difficult even for MMA adhesives. @@sealeytools Still, nothing bonds to polypropylene or polyethylene, NOTHING. So people, don't waste your money on this product, just like how you wasted your money on every other glue you bought that didn't work, but the packaging said, "bonds to plastic."
Is this FAA approved? I noticed it says suitable for aerospace.
