They really should add hero choice in settings, different settings for each hero you play with so you won't be always changing settings every time you change your hero
They already do have it in “individual hero settings”
As someone else said, that already exists. You can also copy the same settings for multiple heros.

You just need a fast internet connection to have "Smooth" gameplay. But that's only for the weak. We pro's play at 60ms-90ms and still get to myth glory

for me hero target just takes extra space on your screen while you can lock on targets better with basic attack smart targeting
How about the Merge Text for damage? Should we turn that on too to avoid many dmg text showing?
If you want a cleaner screen, turn this on. But if you prefer seeing detailed damage breakdowns, such as separating the damage from a passive on an item from the damage of your basic attacks and skills, leave it off.
