The Mills Estates Neighborhood in Burlingame, CA

Welcome to the Mills Estates neighborhood. Mills Estates is one of two neighborhoods in Burlingame that's way up in the hills, along with Burlingame Hills, which is just a little bit more south. One thing I really love about the Mills Estates neighborhood is you get really large homes. Typically you don't really see any two-bedroom homes. It's mostly a three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes with a starting square footage of 1,800 square feet, and some that go up to over 3,000 square feet.
Another nice thing about the neighborhood is you have these killer views. You have Cuernavaca Park, which is super close by as well as some really cool Eichler homes. They're typified by really open floor plans, radiant heated floors, central courtyards, and atriums. I think they're really fascinating homes with a really rich culture. And then you're also very close to the 280 freeway, so if you commute into the city or to the valley via the 280, this is the closest neighborhood and brilliant for that. In terms of shopping, really close to Burlingame Plaza at the bottom of the Hill. And then for elementary school, it's Franklin, which is about halfway up the hill.
