This looks delicious. I haven't tried it yet, but I've been making your quick and easy chicken ahkni once a week since I saw the vid the first time. My family and I love it, and my Uncle John and Auntie Jeanette started visiting almost every Friday or Saturday because that's usually when I make it. My auntie passed away two years ago, but Uncle John still visits every Friday or Saturday even though they he still lives an hour away from us, in Darling. He always takes an extra bakkie home for the next day 😂
It looks absolutely delicious as always! What if you don't have the masala? And you have the usual spices like cumin, coriander and garam masala? How much of these would one use to really go old school?

Hello Fatima, first of thank you for all the wonderful recipes you share with us. My question is where do you get herbs and spices from? I live in Tableview but never ever be able to get Fennel from any store and also Curry leaves, Dhania etc. I did however see some of your spices here in PnP at the Boy de Goede Roundabout ... keep up the good work...I understand It's not always easy...God Bless.
