- In today's 5 Minute Cards Video, I show you how to use baby wipes to create a plaid background. This fun background is perfect for Valentine's Day and spring card making! Make them in all different colors and they will be ready to use whenever you need a cheerful backdrop for your cards.

What a great technique! I do something similar using felt wrapped around a small ruler (and alcohol inks a la Jennifer McGuire). But your matching lines (purple to purple) makes it so much more precise than mine. Plus it didn’t dawn on me to use dye inks. (Duh, I’m slow.) Thank you!
Not Slow!! You just took a different tack!! QUESTION, Please … Have you ever tried using your alcohol inks on PHOTO paper? I don’t have alcohol inks - and I do have SOOO many others (!!) - I hesitate to add to the inventory needlessly! I was wondering if the stash I have of Photo Paper would produce anything of merit. Thanks for whatever input you can offer.
What tweezers are you using?
My manufacturer sent them to me to see if we want to add them to our tool line. I was testing them out but they act very similar to the EK success ones. :)
