The biggest gotcha in this game's history was Mael. Being argumentatively decent in PvP for a week or two. Just for demons to be the undisputedly better in every step of the way before and since.
If we get a good goddes fest unit and get a goddes liz lr and tristan gets a holy relic that makes him count as goddes and gives more to goddeses that team could be good...right...right😭
Imo T1U is the best unit in this game history the way he changed the pve how he was one shotting every opponent and how it revived the game was crazy
Demons r way much more updated but goddesses r really old n doesn't go with the meta rn

Mael is an important link because of his grace. So even if he isn’t meta in the traditional since he should be a link in everyone’s meta team.
5:25 DUDE That means you can run assault meli with estarosa and not have to worry about losing buffs. That might be kind of crazy actually
So basically he becomes an absolute monster on turn 3 if he already wasnt. Can any meta team kill him in 2 turns right now? With damage cap and tamriel link and potentially chandler, it’s almost impossible.
You prolly gotta use tyr and go first. And instead of freya you have to use ghilsane for stance removal
only with Tyr, only team who can win. I already win 2 of 3 with my Tyr, but Demon King is so tanky

Since DKZdris turns off Esta commandment, i wonder if that inadvertently buffs Goddess team enough to make them a possible counter, you can finally use buffs without having them get removed every time u use a skill
That means you can throw Sigurd in there, and since the commandment is blocked off, and both DK Zel and Sigurd have debuff cards, that means you’ll get the 3 attack buffs from sigurd for 3+ turns
Speaking of blocking commandment. Wouldn’t traitor meli become atleast somewhat relevant now? And personally I would swap between purg and traitor meli in my matches.
@@Head1nTh3Cl0uds the only way he’ll be relevant again is if he gets a relic. Cause even with DK Zel blocking commandments, its still Purgatory Meli > Traitor Meli

Demons stop being number 1 for a few seconds then get buffed into the skies while humans barely have a team and goddesses have 1 unit that can't carry the whole teams weight
Goddesses in the anime don't really have any characters apart from the arch angels, unfortunately angels won't have supreme dieity due to her not having a character that can be actually scaled to be used so goddess team will forever be sorta useless
@anaanannana we somehow don't have nerobasta, goddess form jenna and zaneri, jelamet or a goddess nanashi(he can be left out).
The base ludo alt was ass, we don't have any other base goddess alts, light liz is...light liz but we've somehow already got a demon king zeldris before greyroad or any of the other goddesses I mentioned, hell both freyja and freyr could've been goddesses on technicality but they weren't(without relics) And tristan is pretty mid.
They could've given us something without it being another direct demon buff when they're arguably the most complete team with numerous variations.

In some distant future, the supreme deity must be released and also the primordial demon playable, even because it is a gacha game, so they will extract every last drop to have money

@@anaosis It's still a game, where they can just drop it and put it in pvp. There is no rule saying they can't. As colossal as it is, it doesn't change the fact that characters have diminished before. And just yesterday they posted a picture of the four versions of the demon king, for people to say which version of the king they would want. If the giant version was among the options, I also don't think it's impossible for it to come playable

Firstly, The Enemy will have a hard time ult rushing with Nanashi and Meliodas Passives.
Secondly, You have TWO Team Wipe ultimate abilities for them to worry about.
Thirdly, Ult food can give you a ult follow up if Fraudrin doesn't die.

This one is stupid broken. His ult disables all skills, he gets increase to all stats, lowers crit defense abd resistance abd all defense related stats along with esta increasing damage taken and basic stats. It's just not fair

I know this is going to sound blasphemous but take purgatory out of the team completely and put the best characters that give damage buffs to the team and see how much damage you can get him to do because I don't think purgatory gives a damage buff, does he?

Should I summon on this banner full rotation or wait till end of year banner I really want T1U + purg meli
If he'll 100% return in the year end banner with a rate up then yes you may skip, but chances are after this banner goes away it'll months before we see demon king back in any fes/anniversary banner.
But this year end banner has a high opportunity of having a new meli unit (as they always do), so all Meli's will ba back on that banner theoretically speaking. But as for the light units, Mael, T1U, T-Ban, and the others coming back is still unsure. Usually when there's a new festival/anniversary sin/goddess unit that's when they return.
But if it's just new demon unit, like DK here, it's just the Melis, Zeldris', Cusacks, Estarossas and Chandlers. I have not seen a huge banner where all Light/Dark units are on it altogether. But it's not far off from happening, we have yet to see the next year end and festival banner.
But seeing the banner now as it is, it is highly recommended to pull if you can. since it's still 5 months away for the year end banner, one can still save up more gems by then for at least 1 rotation (considering it's not a shafted pull).
I've also made it a habit to ONLY summon on fes/anniv. banners to give myself some breathing room on saving gems and making decisions as a F2P, while staying clear of collab banners and bait banners. It helps managing your pulls a lot.

He's the strongest unit to release this year
He has a passive and skills that lend towards his longevity
The demon race has many characters and is expected to get additions
He will most likely be on the end of year banner
Cons:
He comes out in august which means its guarenteed there will be more festival and collab units that are just as strong as him this year
He will have limited pve utility since the demon race relies on debuffs
He has unique costumes
He is not a link
You will lose to opposing demon teams and eventually teams with better investment

@@Marowakie I don't really see the benefit in having a delay, I suppose it can come in handy for bugs or urgent balance changes and it can allow global players to prepare for coming updates a little better but not so much in terms of gems saving, anyway it just seems weird but I'd like to know the benefits if there are more

Ban's players must bleed from the eyes, the anniversary character isn't as good as Demon Ugly King.
