Please be mindful of vested interests sharing negative comments here. My Home group is the best in Hyderabad. They are always there to support projects even 4-5 years after handover. For example in Avatar, they redid the entire swimming pool and relaid the entire cycle track which had wear & tear. Regarding Avatar STP it was CBRE which is the Project maintenance agency which let us down. CBRE didn’t maintain it properly and sent all apprentices for training. We are soon kicking out CBRE too and will have someone better

MH please stop removing the comments. Poor material selection for recently opened model flats 😮and substandard quality when compared to other projects in the nearby area. False marketing - this project doesn't qualify for uber luxury project status at all. Potential MH buyer be aware especially if you are looking to recently launched MH Grava project.

@@crmmentor3169 swimming pool was there always. It was shut during winter of 2023 for tile relaying as some of the tiles got chipped
