Mobile only has the Spirit some of the year. Rest of the year Spirit sails to Alaska from Seattle
Bayonne holds 2 ships but usually only has one ship at a time. Brooklyn NY is just 1 ship.

There are a lot of cruise terminals that can only serve one ship at a time. Probably more than multiple ships.
Singapore cruises go to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bali, etc. The ship Disney bought was originally being built for the Malaysian casino company Genting who own ResortsWorld. It was always destined to serve the Asian market. Originally, it was to hold over 9000 guests at double occupancy. Disney cut back the number of staterooms to only hold 6700, but with many families and crew, it will still sail with well over 10,000 people on board at capacity.

@@CruiseDorksit is only 208,000 gross tons. Utopia of the Seas is 236,000, but only holds 5668 at double occupancy. I have to think that the Disney ship will feel crowded.
