I want to get the Makita, but I have seen such horrible reviews on Amazon! What you said about using quality nails make me wonder if that's why people have issues with it. I have also seen that people complain that the striker breaks. Is the Makita (or Metabo) still working well for you?
Ford Prather I’ve owned both. The makita sucks, it broke the first day. The hitachi is much more reliable but still not perfect. I’ve owned a handful of cordless nailers and I’ve found they’re not reliable enough for anything other than emergency use.
Ford Prather I still have the hitachi a full year later it still works when I need it, I also have a grex gc1850. However like I said I only use them for real quick jobs.
If I had the time and patience I’d be really interested to know how many times an object was slapped in this video XD. No hate just thought it was funny!
Does Makita have a nail and staple gun? So hard to find a video with a combo model.Thank you!
Yep, more than just these two
Ryobi doesn't count, at least not for pros. Ryobi only makes toys for homeowners.
Ryobi also makes a 23 gauge. It works well also.
No telling when it will come out but Milwaukee just took out a patent for one.

@@jeffpower6473 good to know! I will avoid them for now. Hopefully they will improve in the future.

Also I think makita makes a 12v 23 ga pin nailer
I buy the makita today and only last me about 12 nails 1-1/4 porter cable nails and start jamming then broke
Javier Dguez yep you gotta use only quality good nails. Like I said either grex or senco
Says right in the makita instructions (not designed for 1 1/4” pin nails) ....Read my friend !
