      Wonderful! I would love to find this paper in a plain journal. Can I ask where you bought it? Do you have a link? Thank you! ;)

    Wonderful to hear/see your process. I used to do a lot of intuitive painting/drawing and I am inspired to pick it up again. I have been using my seasonal calendar with the daily Hobonichi challenge (florals for this month) and I love starting my day with a quick flower drawing and painting. I believe I spotted another thing we share ... was that Infinite Love Flower essence spray per chance? I so love them and Fierce Compassion is a new favorite. I am excited for your BIG project! Congrats and as always, thank you for sharing so generously your process and ideas and inspiration.

      Lisa! I have been wanting to try Fierce Compassion. I was going to buy the elixir when I can manage it. I LOVE Lotus Wei, and Katie. ❤️. And I am so glad you are picking up your intuitive practice again. It is so so important to me, in my life. Love to you!

    Amazing Art Intuitive,
    I was looking for something to help me connect myself in a very deep prospective and release all negativity. I'm looking for something short and simple. This is it!!!! I Love how simple, creative and it tells a story. Hope to see more of your art tutorials. I tried going into your links , It doesn't exist any longer. Please reach out to me, Would love to learn more. Thank you. Feeling Inspired.

    I’ve come back to this three years later, and now I see a dragon’s face in the lower right corner. She is nestled on his neck.

    Lovely! Something about this one reminds me of Arthur Rackham's illustrations. Did you notice she's sitting on a mushroom? :-)

      Ohhhhh you make me smile! I love Rackham! And I didn’t but I see it now. Thank you :)

    I'd like to try this. What paper would you recommend if I'm not using the Hobonichi planner?

    • @kateriewing
      @kateriewing  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try a good quality tracing paper....or a mixed media paper like Strathmore 500 mixed media. Truly, you can use any paper except copy paper, etc. Just use plenty of water! :)

    Kateri, do you put any sealant over the pictures each day to keep it from smudging on opposite pages??

    • @kateriewing
      @kateriewing  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t. However, I was thinking about it just yesterday and I am going to. Just a simple workable fixative. ;)

    What is the name of the paper in your book? I am wondering if it can be purchased as blank paper rather than lined.

    • @kateriewing
      @kateriewing  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sandy,
      It's called Tomoe River paper. They sell it, blank, at jet pens.com :)

    Oh this is so wonderful. I remember the root babies. Children’s books are so wonderful and carefree, not inhibited. I have a photo of me, before I was even two, that this little face resembles. Not sure if you have ever seen it.
