Ok, so, how it ended up was also super great, but I was really hoping Daniel would have said "I claim Daniel and kill the Psychopath." You could still have killed George with it too.
20:46 -- The surprise of George's face was excellent.
In response to the chat at the beginning of the second game, I always read it is a Snake Charmer who selects a Recluse can have their ability go off, but just because the Recluse REGISTERS as a Demon, it doesn't make them one. So when the role swap happens, the Snake Charmer just becomes the good Recluse, and the Recluse becomes the good, poisoned Snake Charmer. But that's just how I read it.
Ultimately it's about whether you draw a delineation between what a recluse *registers as* and what it *is* then, right? The logical path for a snake charmer to become a good recluse is that it snake charms what registers as an evil demon, and then swaps roles/alignments with a character that is not an evil demon. So the two main questions that that becomes are: 1) is that consistent with other interactions in the game, and 2) which read makes the game more fun/balanced? I think those are both open-ended questions, but I also think a snake charmer who can confirm a recluse as good is suddenly *very* powerful for good. Just my own read, fun thing to think about!
@@AdamjacobiGIA I thought about the confirmation being powerful for good, but considering that the Snake Charmer is a townsfolk who could turn evil at any time, having that possibility balances the fact that the snake charmer often plays against good in expectation of eventually becoming evil. It also makes a pretty good evil bluff.
would be nice to see Stream chat on the YT vid. Real fun games though!
any chances yoou can share the last script? i love it but cant seem to find it on the custom scripts website... :/
i see that its now on the custom scripts website. thanks!
Is it just me that is confused? Jams CLEARLY said a NO to Brockwell, when he picked Lorinda, which should tell him, that Lorinda could NOT die to execution. That was obviously wrong, but no-one corrected it and they still executed Lorinda?!?
Jams corrected in a chat to Brockwell
Can an Alchemist Scarlet Woman become the Good Recluse if the Recluse dies and registers as the demon?
SW ability specifies they become the demon, so no.
