Hi Courtney! I have absolutely fallen in love with your channel ❤❤ I am in my 6th month of pregnancy and I just made your free maternity dress pattern and I can’t thank you enough for it! For literally the first time in my pregnancy I feel like myself again and not just a neutral stranger forced into athleisure and frumpy maternity shorts haha I have to stop myself from wearing it everyday but everytime I do I get a compliment on it
I can’t wait to make your Betty dress to be ready for postpartum and breastfeeding! Love your channel so much!

Thank you thank you thank youuuu for making this!!! Currently pregnant with to baby #2 and I completely stopped sewing when pregnant the first time because I felt like I don’t know how to make anything I would actually use and wear while pregnant/postpartum

I made my own what I call 3-in-1 dresses: they're good for when not pregnant, when pregnant, and when post partum and breastfeeding. It's a variation of the Son de flor dresses, but with the waist line slightly higher and slightly looser. The full circle skirt makes it very easy to move and sit on the floor, squat, bend over, sit with legs apart. The side zipper gives extra wide opening for putting it on with the growing belly. The buttons on the front make it nursing friendly. I always sew the buttons closer together to avoid any gaping that would make peepholes... I hate when buttons are too far apart and a growing chest makes them open. I know a lot of women like v-necks for nursing, but I can't stand showing cleavage or worrying about it gaping open when I bend over. So a tight neckline and buttons it is for me! 😄
And OF COURSE, pockets ...and the iconic Peter Pan collar. Pockets are a must, but the collar is just something I treat myself to. 💕
    Love your videos!

I’m not expecting but I loved watching this. It has me dreaming about what I’d make if I ever get pregnant again ❤
