Mario Plush Forever: The Complete Series

- Back in the late 2000's or early 2010's (I'm not sure) a team of filmmakers and other talented people came together to make a Mario web series. With the help of Machinima who they were partnered with, they were able to create Mario Plush Forever. A parody on the normal, more generic, Mario content being made. At the time, the series was hugely popular in the plush scene and the internet as a whole and was one of Machinima's most popular series. Now however, almost a decade later and Machinima no longer existing, Mario Plush Forever has almost entirely been forgotten about besides from a handful of people. While I don't think this video will revive it, for once, for the next hour, let's rewind the clock to an earlier, simpler time, when all we could do every day was play games and watch videos and had no responsibilities. One day, while out and about doing what they usually do, Mario and Luigi are informed by the princess that the "Fart Curse" has been spreading all over the mushroom kingdom (yes, the fart curse. and trust me when I say there are a lot of fart and poop jokes in the series because 2010's humor I guess. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this was just one of writers poorly disguised fetish lol). They rush over to the kingdom for King Toadstool to reveal someone has poisoned the mushrooms and is causing all of this. Luckily for them, Yoshi is actually immune to the curse but unfortunately Bowser has already kidnapped him in order to make a cure. Mario and Luigi now set off to save Yoshi, find a cure to the curse, and find out who's responsible for the mess. Little do they know, this will lead to a series of events that will change the mushroom kingdom forever. So sit back, grab some snacks, and get comfy, because it's time to witness a tale that will surly last forever!

For those wondering, yes I'm still gonna finish the EMB complete series videos just wanted a break from them. If you want to know my thoughts on the first season since I left my thoughts of the second season at the end of this video, it still has it's qualities but other then that yeah it's not that good and outdated. Hope y'all enjoy and as always read the desc for context!
According to the creator of the series, the storyline for series 2 was going to be based on the reality of circumcision in America where the Goombas were revealed to be born with a sheath of skin that covered their faces and Bowser had been circumcising them all at birth and only a small resistance group of Goombas knew the truth of their bondage. Possibly the reason why the two Goombas with the machine guns in "The New Flesh" barged in to steal the baby. There was going to be another thing in it with Bowser hoarding foreskins and making anti-aging skin cream which the Mushroom King in the series would use to stay young.
The creator and the other people who worked on the show never got the money to finish the series and an executive from Machinima was upset by the episode because it brought up PTSD that he had been harboring for years. He ended up suing his mother's birth doctor for a settlement of 2.5 million dollars so it worked out okay on his end, but with how Machinima was going through some rough patch and with the lack of fundings for the rest of the series, there wasn't much that could be done on the creator's part.
After having a kid and splitting up with the original crew, he made Expanded Universe as a bonding thing for his son and that was that. I don't know how things would have gone if they had continued the original idea with the money and the executive from Machinima wasn't offended by it and Machinima was still around to see the light of day, but I doubt that it would be even worth watching considering how shit they were at pushing it in "The New Flesh" and as far as I'm concerned, the guy's happier doing his own thing now.

Jesus, the series really fell off. What the heck happened? I’m guessing there were some staff and ownership changes after Machinima went down, but still… it didn’t deserve this.
