Hope it works out for you! I always encourage everyone to tweak the preset to their exact instrument. I try to build these presets with a very basic source, passive guitars and basses. But it’s always better if you make it YOURS! Go have a great gig!

Great stuff! You should check out the harmonic tremolo, it has a mix control. If you assign that to the expression pedal, allowing you to blend in the chopping/sidechain effect with it.

You should consider making something similar that kind of turns a regular electric guitar into a synth :))

Do you think this preset would be any good for Young&Free stuff? sounds sick!
I need to listen to a little more of the Y&F bass sounds. But I toured with some of the bethel team last year and their bass tones from the records are pretty dang dirty (like these). These would work great in most synth style settings in my opinion. Using them with expression pedals to sweep the filters could be a huge help. But there IS a “Master LowPass filter” button in this preset, so you can get that muted sound without an expression pedal.
Still tryna find the perfect tone for song Hindsight by them haha. Im sure between this and the Ultimate Bass Preset from him as well, I could get close. But direction would be nice haha
Is there an easy way to adjust the volume from one snapshot to the next? When using this patch in a band setting some of the snapshots are a lot louder than others. It sounds great though!
Hey! Easiest thing would be go to the output block and change the output volume to be changed via snapshots. Then just go through the snapshots and change the volume per Snap then save as you go. Worse case, the volume knob on your guitar could work, but not at all ideal.

Hey man. I have an HX Stomp and need a patch that's like 24K Magic by Bruno Mars.
If I bought the patch, which parts of the snapshot should I keep to create a single patch just for that?
So...supposedly the new update to the HX Edit software allows you buy a preset designated for a Helix floor, LT, or rack, and strip it down to 6 blocks for a stomp. But if you buy my preset it will not work in a stomp. BUT possibly if what line 6 said they were going to do actually worked.

I am so sad to say…no it can not. The pod go is such a great piece of gear, but I wish my presets could transfer. Keep rockin!
How many blocks do these presets use? Would they work on the Stomp model?
They do not work on the stomp model. I’m very sorry. Most of my presets are almost maxed out (32 blocks). I use snapshots to control them all.

I have been around professional "FIRST CALL" session players for years. YOu get what you pay for regarding instruments. Most of the pros that I know do not mask their signature tone with a bunch of effects. This is why they are first call players. This pedal appears to be a great tool to have in your box. But let's not be disingenuous , tone comes from your hands first but a well built instrument set up properly is essential
