Being a tank main ive come to appreciate the jump boost scuffle hammer gives. It helps me dodge things like cero or fight a guy who is targeting me The m1 deals decent damage ad the spin attack is even better if you hit it. I prefer rolling for either allusions or dollhunter though, im never using sink though thats for sure💀
Support main here! I remember one time I was in TC canyon point 2 on defense and if I remember correctly, a tank had built different, so I used song of fortitude to give the 250 hp guy 75% defense. Of course, I was an easier target so that didn't work for long. And my pride and joy moment in TC, I once gave chords of strength to a guy with Awp on shorefront point 3 on defense and he was targeting a guy with Da Capo movement 4 and it worked and we took him down. Then we lost because it was shorefront point three and they deathnoted the awp.
Ranger has access to weapons Backliner does not have like Silly Gas, APC, Bible, and Scrolls, along with the pistols, etc. These weapons can output some insane DPS, and are also provide large amounts of AOE that can destroy or split apart enemy formations. If you get these weapons, Ranger also becomes better than Wildcard, as you get 1.2X increase in damage, and your melee won't see much action as those weapons either output more DPS than the melees, or are most effective at the range where no one will get to you, as you have your team in front of you.
I absolutely love Support. Due to the fact that i can get earth tome/noob tube + real knife terrain abusing with determination slash is fair and balanced.
Being a backliner is like being the hopeful person that your team has a normal comp and actually is aware of which role they should be playing in hopes of not having to charge into the frontlines to defend by yourself but then your team all goes melee or wildcard with no tank or support so they just all fucking die
I usually play as a Backliner. Everything you said about Backliners is correct, especially the fact that YOU NEED TO HAVE GOOD AIM and crossbow shouldn't be used at all on TC
I have always used ranged but after you said how good backliner is i tried it and its actually pretty good the mobility item is great as mostly it makes you a impossible target to attack . the ranged you get is mostly usefull behind the 0.8x damage and the very small 60 health is a secretly busted class
backliner is technically a weaker ranger, but the only weapons he can get are snipers like intervention and SSG - while ranger can’t get any snipers in his loadout. So backliner is good because you consistently get the op weapons at the cost of bad stats

This guide will work with a help of RNG God, It's no matter how good you are but if god decide to give you cinderblock while bestow 2 lilynette and smile to other team then, it'll still be a steamroll unless they're really suck
I do main Support as thats what I usually like doing in team based games if given the option, being able to just spam buffs, debuffs, and healing is very good its also the one that made me realize Silly Gas is broken in TC
simply put I don’t know how to properly optimize damage output at all so being able to do a lot of funny bullshit going ham on just weighing the scale makes me feel happy
me personally as a support main i usually find that sticking with the main push on attack or sticking with my team defending point is just a better use rather than focusing one backliner or one dude, but if someone is popping off i will focus them a bit, but not too much. just me though, if you prefer to pocket, thats fine.
i had shadow axe as a melee once, i used dataminer twice so i had a speed/attack buff with a tradeoff for defense. turns out, it was Really Fruckin' Good because shadow axe became a two-hit and I could combo it into itself
I swear whenever a teammate of mine gets da capo they instantly lose 30 iq. They don’t chat, they don’t ask for support, they don’t coordinate. They just run forwards all alone and die

Of course, the real way to get a Da Capo up is by using Earth Tome which only requires a class with a ranged, and can give you 2 kills at once..... That said, defense Tank Da Capo really only works if your statues get heavily assaulted with sufficient cover spots, and up to like movement 3 you may demand someone supporting you. I generally do use Melee though, you do not per se need to rely on teammates to still get the job done of applying heavy pressure, and the speed helps up getting to the front quick. I might try to use Backliner a bit more though.
Once when I was playing as a back liner, I harassed the entire enemy team since I was on the high ground. I got an ssg and the entire enemy team couldn't kill me after I got an awp. Then I got hit by a bible across the map at the end. So my killstreak was gone and I lost my awp. The enemy lost though.
I swear they need a feature that kicks person if they went afk for 45 sec in tc, Or if they didn't a single kill order in 30 sec they kick out from the game.

I use mostly wildcard, ranged, melee and support I don't really feel like using backliner so I use ranged if no one else is using it and frontline is decent (If you see backliners, especially if they're a bit too close, kill them, remember they have low hp)
I already do well on tc, since my whole purpose is pretty much: 1. Get rid of the annoyances on the other team (op load outs, or *THOSE* guys that just use Chicago from far the whole round) and 2. Disrupt the other team with whatever shenanigans I have since that would ruin their teamwork. My problem is that 99% of the time everyone on my team hops on wild card and support and ends up being useless which is just a guaranteed loss no matter how good u r. (Unless the other team is equally bad or worse.) Why is this a problem? Because god will always manage to put the biggest team players against u, to the point where u have to believe that they're a hive mind.
"Why would anyone ever picked ranged" Hell hath no fury like a half-decent Ranged player with Marksman Revolver. Most hitscans hit hard with this class, and can lock down points harder than backliner. Don't need movement if you blast them with spinbot or ssg before they get to you.
thats true, marksman revolver can probably output a lot of damage and I’m sure there a few other good options in ranger’s pool. It just seems too supportive of a class to me, rather than one that can just take the reigns of an entire game like tank or backliner.
@@balakethatguy when i pick ranged i usually top score, literally had a 14 kill difference than the 2nd person with the most kills on my team and he only got 11 kills. I pulled off a ks with mad sherrif and marksman revolver. They weren't able to capture a single statue. Also the enemy is usually occupied with the other melee classes causing the enemies to neglect you until they go like "oh wait this guy is on a ks i should kill him".
i main support. i recommend to 1. actually use lute most of the times to help teammates. you wont do too much dmg with melee 2. only using your melee to attack if you have no other option because you will not commonly win with melee and you will support more with lute 3. when you spawn use the speed boost of lute to get faster to the tower. also if you spawn near a teammate you should help him with the speed boost too [important] 4. do not go too deep in the fights because you will probably die. and you have to stay the longer alive to help teammates [important 5. in case you have low hp but your teammates have high hp then try to be really far away from the battle but also being in the range of ur allies of lute. and if they get damaged quickly change into healing 6. damage buff is op for ranged people and for the melees dmg buff and speed buff are op for them (in my opinion speed buff helps more) [important] 7. defense buff may not look like it's useful but it is in cases the enemy does an big dmg attack like soda quick or bobm. so i recommend to be quick but precise [important] 8. in defender team. if attackers didn't get to the tower yet then use defense buff if you don't have anything to do. because they could range attack the defenders or use misc. tho you can also use dmg boost for the ranged allies if the enemy can be shooted yeah that is how i mostly play as supporter. if you have any recommendations then i will read them comments

As a ranger main.........I got nothing to say and he said nothing so I'm gonna talk my wisdom I guess. Ranger, despite being called ranger. Can actually find succes being played up close also. With its 80 hp and moderate high damage. You can play long ranged but its also completely fine to play up close. Weapons like Lillynite or Kentucky are best for an upclose ranger. But also try to keep somewhat of a gap so you don't get demolished by a melee user. Really with ranger you can play up close or from far away. Just find a style that fits you.
one IMPORTANT thing that you didn't mention it is NOT recommended to use da capo or smile because these weapons takes a really long time to reach to the "good" state the only situation you should use smile is when your team is good enough to kill the enemies to feed you absolutely DO NOT hide and stare at noob tube just to get oneshot by death note, pact, stunlock or void(most likely) trust me in tc we don't have that much time to waste 😭 da capo shouldn't be used at all because with noob tube you'll have to kill double the amount that you should be to reach the "good" state unless you believe that you can charge and kill the enemies there is just so many better weapons or good enough to be enough to protect or get the statue losing 2 people in the team can be lethal in alot of situations and normally there wouldn't just the support and the smile user staring at noob tube You've only mention that the support should help people who get smile early in the game which wouldn't fix this problem all I'm saying here is using smile or da capo is unnecessary and can be bad for your team there are faster and better weapons to use even knockback items are just better than wasting 3 minutes of noobtube farming

With a good melee+stand arrow you can become a sort of pseudo tank(a fast tank)

But also try to keep somewhat of a gap so you don't get demolished by a melee user. Really with ranger you can play up close or from far away. Just find a style that fits you.

backliners 0.8x dmg and 60 hp is way better than rangeds 1.2x damage and 80 hp

one IMPORTANT thing that you didn't mention
it is NOT recommended to use da capo or smile
because these weapons takes a really long time to reach to the "good" state
the only situation you should use smile is when your team is good enough to kill the enemies to feed you
absolutely DO NOT hide and stare at noob tube just to get oneshot by death note, pact, stunlock or void(most likely)
trust me in tc we don't have that much time to waste 😭
da capo shouldn't be used at all because with noob tube you'll have to kill double the amount that you should be to reach the "good" state
unless you believe that you can charge and kill the enemies
there is just so many better weapons or good enough to be enough to protect or get the statue
losing 2 people in the team can be lethal in alot of situations
and normally there wouldn't just the support and the smile user staring at noob tube
You've only mention that the support should help people who get smile early in the game which wouldn't fix this problem
all I'm saying here is
using smile or da capo is unnecessary and can be bad for your team
there are faster and better weapons to use
even knockback items are just better than wasting 3 minutes of noobtube farming
