Be sure you have the correct ruler foot for your machine and a straight ruler work ruler, and just have some fun.

Where can I find instructions on piecing this star?
I want to make sure I understand ruler work because I’m thinking of buying a new Bernina 570 QE so that I can do this. The timing of this video is perfect. Am I correct that this is like free motion quilting in that you are in control of stitch length depending on how fast the machine is running and how quickly you are moving the quilt sandwich? It appears there is no way to combine the BSR with ruler work.
Yes if this setup you are in control of the stitch length.

Maybe you can help me. I would like to try some ruler work but I cannot find a foot that works. My machine is a husqvarna viking lily 555. Any thoughts.
