  • This is a piece that came about through a custom patch and using various effect pedals. It is part of my "Ennio Morricone Meets Timothy Leary" playlist. I am really wanting to be more thematic and this means coming up with memorable melodies, like the ones in this playlist.

Really great melody David. Galactic spaghetti western. I don’t know how you’re getting that sound (sustainer?) but I like it a lot.

Thank you very much, Jack! I am not all that positive myself about how that sound came to be although it is my sworn intention to make pedals do the opposite of what they are meant to do. Things like no dry signal, making up for latency by anticipating the next series of notes and if a pedal can be tuned, then that gets thrown in for good measure. I want to tell you how much I enjoy your videos and that I greatly appreciate you checking out mine. Have a great weekend!!

When I first started writing the pieces for these various sounds, I wanted to make a playlist called “Ennio Morricone on LSD” I did not want any disrespect shown to El Maestro Morricone and so I just put the videos up in the hope that I can score a film or even part of one some day soon. 😊
