Even though the air is compressed, the turbo has resistance. So whats to keep the combusted air from blowing back through the compressor? The compressor can only be as strong as the turbo is. And if the combusted air goes back towards the compressor, the turbo will lack power to turn the compressor. In short, the combusted gas can go either way. What makes the compressor stronger than the turbo?
The compressor stage, powered by external engine with final-drive(belt, chain, shaft, axle), may produce water by compressing air without heat. Funnel is engine-case, remove everything except the comoressor stage, drive from external. This volume may be suitable to remove some(office building) air-pollution by compressing humidity to soak-coagulate particulates in the air (haze season of ASEAN) and discharge as seperated water+air. The water should dilute the drains and the air should go into air-conditioner storey-floor level for suction by existing air-conditioning systems

If the turbine shaft produce electricity (energy) at last stage then on initial stage how do the compressor section get the power to compress the air?
Turbine and Compressor are interconnected by the shaft.
Some of the energy produced by turbine is used in driving the compressor
