@@VanDoghies My rig is doing the same exact thing. Volta will not return my calls. I don’t understand. Do I have to have a TH-cam channel to get the same treatment?
We had to call everyone and eventually Instagram messaging came through. But I also think we had some luck with STO calling Volta. If you are near Warner Vans or a similar Volta dealer I would just call them directly and the rest will be gravy. @@livefreevinnie
Congratulations to Volta for going the extra mile in customer service. They understand the true meaning building future relationships. Sorry STO switched companies See ya next week.
We had a similar problem last year, low charging. Turned out to be a bad adapter wire from the solar panels to the bluetti. It's too bad you have to drive all the way to Utah to get it looked at. Hope they fix it and get you back on the road. Of course Utah has some great parks to visit
Well good news there is hope and it's not going to take months. Hope this all works out well. That campsite was fantastic, will look for that when we are up there. Nice job on the videography and editing. Looking forward to your next episode :)
@@VanDoghies We always keep a generator with us - which understandably you do not since your generator is part of the vehicle (and part that is not working...). So for us, if we could charge by shore power (aka generator) we would probably keep going. If not however we would try to get it fixed. A lot of course depends on so many other factors too... weather, appointments, etc...
I’m glad Volta people came through with the solution.
It took some work but we finally got through! It's amazing how a few people can really help out!

Oh no! yes the wiring can be a huge problem with all the shaking and rattling and heat! We love Utah and will be going back a lot more.

Fingers crossed! Would you guys keep trucking with the trip or get the fix? We love hearing from other RV and Travel focused folks.
