Milk 2 tbspn
Oil 2 tspn to fry
To make Curry Gravy
Oil 2 tbspn
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tspn
Cumin Seeds 1 /2 tspn
Hing (Asafoetida) pinch
Green Chilly 1
Turmeric 1/2 tspn
Red Chilli Powder 2 tspn
Tomato 1 large
Salt as needed
Coriander powder 1 tspn
Garam Masala powder 1 tspn
Water 1 & 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander
