Thank you Tim Shieff. Because of you I was inspired to be jacked. After 3 months of training I can do a human flag and back lever. I used to be scrawny and my Osgood schlatters just irritated me and I stopped a lot of activity and played video games but now I have tendinitis in my knee and the cartilage is degraded in part of my knee so I have to lay off for a year or so and now I work out a ton and hardly play video games. I am getting stronger at an exponential rate and my motivation is YOU.

I don't believe he is injured, in the last video he was in (Bangkok with Farang), he was active and doing flips and more, as well as in other videos since this one. I think the reason we don't see him as much anymore is because he has devoted so much of his time to making freerunning more widely known, and improving the way people view the sport, especially with all the work he has done managing the Flow channel, as well as work with WFPF and more. I think this is why we haven't seen from him.
I don't know what have this video, but I saw him 1000 times and not get bored. This is the best video and better whit you in. I love you Tim, in the most heterosexual way possible.
This vid is a good example of giving inspiration... I trained for 2 months now every single day and i will keep doing it until I got this freedom of moving. Im 16 right now.
