Whenever I need inspiration I come to this video, honestly my favorite video of all time
After 10 years this finally hit 1M, I remember watching this when I was 10. You and Damien Walters got me into parkour when I was younger and coming back to this now legit makes me want to get back into shape. Shits inspiring man.
6 years later and i still remember the poem. This was a great vid.

Thank you Tim Shieff. Because of you I was inspired to be jacked. After 3 months of training I can do a human flag and back lever. I used to be scrawny and my Osgood schlatters just irritated me and I stopped a lot of activity and played video games but now I have tendinitis in my knee and the cartilage is degraded in part of my knee so I have to lay off for a year or so and now I work out a ton and hardly play video games. I am getting stronger at an exponential rate and my motivation is YOU.

because 1 year ago me and my friend had no motavation, and since april last year we started doing parkour and have met so many amazing people and had such a good time training and also getting alot more fit, you have let us have a whole new perspective on life :)

Tim you need to put out another showreel one of these days, I don't know why it took me so long to finally watch this video but there is so much skill shown in this video that is not seen in se of your newer ones, I would love for people to really see you at your best soon! And this was 2011, 2 years have passed and you can only have gotten better!

I saw this video 2 years ago and inspired me into having a healthier life. Began exercising and tried parkour...sadly, It didnt went as expected. Then I tried martial arts and found out Muay Thai was my passion!! Thanks :3

Amazing. Some of your long vaults are so smooth they almost look like CG! I love the 'walking flag at about 1.25, too. And the outtakes at the end look ... painful. Great video.
what i love most about this vid, is how you treated your surroundings, like with the plant, not destroying like most skateboarders would just rip it out

Watching this clip makes me envy you very much man. I can't possibly imagine how free you feel when you do this , you literally fly... My kid dream is to be able to do such things, instead of standing in front of the god damn computer i'd just go out and cruise my city feeling like there are no limits for me :) big props and keep it that way!

Wow, I'm amazed by your fearless agility. At times you appear to be floating. I'm curious to know your height. I would love to do some freerunning but often my body feels so weighted. I feel my center of gravity is so low. I shall practice anyhow.
