We keep extra trash bags in the bottom of each can. It saves time; and replacements are always available. We have rarely had a bag leak into the extras.

I’ve done that in the past for sure. I don’t know why I stopped..maybe just because I’d be annoyed when there wasn’t after I was counting on there being extra. So I usually just grab new ones right away before I go around the house changing them. I’m all for the time saving tips though!
