Tony, I recommend the WORKPRO WP211008 knife. Long, comfortable handle feels amazing. Or the slightly more expensive but gold standard - Milwaukee fastback
It's a plastic board made to protect the teeth of your iron without having to do it on your craft mat, which would highly destroy it. I got mine on primeleathertools, all with the irons and such, pretty good tools. Before I used an old wooden board but my irons were dull pretty quickly
Video was all right. Not nearly as good as your previous ones. You tried too hard to do other things and it didn't come out as good as the other videos.

I have a fastback but I still like mine better because i got used to it
I think we all need to buy more from Tony so he can afford some actual glue spatulas. :D
Personally, I have many spatulas, and - as often as not - I end up using a scrap of cut leather as my glue spreader. 😏

Just go to a dollar store or ikea and get a plastic cutting board. The thicker the better. I've used mine for ovef 3yrs
