Bburago to Bugatti type 59

A step by step transformation of a Bburago Bugatti type 59C model from 1934 to a Bugatti 59C model inspired by the 1928 type 35C Grand Prix racing car with the nickname 'Red Bug', with chassis nr. 4871,which was auctioned off at Gooding & co. a couple of years back for almost 4 million british pounds. In spring 1932, Ricardo Bernasconi, an Italian living in the Champagne region of France, acquired 4871, had it repainted red, and campaigned it in various hill climbs and circuit races, including the Gran Premio di Monza.
