I am taking a medical leave from school this semester but here are some of my goals: - keep up with my academics • practice my Spanish, chemistry, biology, and math • read at least one research paper a week and take notes - read everyday (since I’m not a student for a few months i have more time) - physical activity everyday • take walks, stretch ( I have chronic pain so I will be more understanding on whether I achieve this everyday or not) • be adamant about my physical therapy - work on my mental health • accept the pain and try to work through it, don’t give up on myself - work in the sea turtle lab at least once every week :) - Eat at least two meals a day - progress over perfection (from a fellow perfectionist)
